Sydney Combined Competitions Round 8 - St. George go top as the chasers stumble

In Round 8 action of the Sydney Combined Competitions, Kingsgrove Colts have been added and immediately smacked by St. George to the tune of 38-14. This allowed St. George to go top on 12 points, after All Saints (1) and St. Christophers had to settle for an 18-18 draw, leaving them second and third on 11 points. Renown United have bounced back nicely after last week's drubbing, edging Penshurst RSL 24-18.

Sydney Combined Competitions Round 7 - Favourites Dominate

The front-running teams dominated Round 7 of the Sydney Combined Competitions. St Christopher's dealt a 48-0 thrashing to second from bottom East Campbelltown while St. George put away Auburn with somewhat more difficulty, 40-28. All Saints (1) caught up to Renown United to be equal second in spectacular fashion, dominating the team they were chasing 76-0. Elsewhere, St. John's Eagles remained winless after being routed 48-22 by Penshurst RSL.
